Procter & Gamble have so far ignored shareholders' requests to curb deforestation, so it’s time to shake up the board and add an independent chair who can help P&G be more sustainable.

Our Goal

In 2020 a majority of shareholders backed a proposal for P&G to address their contributions to deforestation. But since then there has been no meaningful action, which suggests the board isn’t listening to shareholders. Our goal is simple: to install a board member who can provide action where the current board cannot. We believe an independent chair with experience in achieving sustainability goals will add value and balance to the board (and company) and ensure deforestation concerns are being addressed.
